To the outside world, my life seemed perfect, but inside, I was silently screaming, hiding the truth, and trapped by my self-destructive habit!
I had a thriving career, a beautiful family, and a lovely home. I was popular, sociable, surrounded by great friends, enjoyed hobbies, and loved traveling. Yet, I was secretly battling a love/hate relationship with alcohol. I knew I was habitually overdrinking and saw the harm it caused my health, spirit, and especially my family, but I couldn’t find a way to break the cycle.
Social and life events revolved around drinking, and I genuinely believed alcohol enhanced every experience. Hangovers felt like an unavoidable cost of fun, while my consumption and tolerance steadily increased. Over time, I began relying on an artificial substance for happiness. Everyday pleasures dulled, and I drank not to feel good, but just to feel better.
I’m trained through This Naked Mind Institute, an accredited program under the International Coaching Federation. My approach blends cognitive behavioral techniques, neuroscience, and liminal psychology, helping clients break free from unconscious conditioning and build lasting freedom.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the cycle of over-drinking—wanting change but fearing what life will look like without it. I also know the freedom that comes from breaking that cycle. Seeing my clients reclaim their confidence, peace, and self-trust is why I do this work.
Empowerment – You already have the strength to change; I help you uncover it.
Curiosity – True transformation begins by questioning old beliefs.
Compassion – Judgment doesn’t create change—self-kindness does.
I remember back to the beginning of this incredible journey of growth, and how I connected to you. Always so honest, transparent, funny and supportive. Sometimes giddy with possibility! Made me smile!
Listening to accounts of your alcohol-free journey helped me lean into your way of thinking and feeling as you described what freedom looked like and what there was to look forward to! What inspiration!
You encouraged me to keep going and follow my dreams. Thank you!
Knowing she had experienced similar challenges in her own alcohol freedom journey was reassuring and helped me build confidence. I enjoyed talking to her and was impressed by her knowledge and how well equipped she was with tactics to help me unpack my thoughts and beliefs, whilst developing goals to achieve.
She identified with me well, and I would recommend her to anyone seeking a life of freedom
She supported me with knowledge and guidance as I continue to live an alcohol-free life.
I can certainly recommend her to anyone who needs help in changing their relationship with drinking.
